With nearly three decades of experience in the executive role as companies CEO, I bring a wealth of management expertise and a proven track record in mergers and acquisitions, complemented by a diverse portfolio investments. I have been involved for 15-years in the media industry across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. I have had a significant contributions to the retail, security, entertainment, classified advertising and ticketing sectors.

My proficiency in mergers and acquisitions has evolved in time in participating in 25+ M&A transactions across various countries including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic and Romania. I played a leading role in the Baltic Classified Group transaction management team, demonstrating my ability to manage a substantial transaction with strategic insight and excellent negotiating skills.

Currently, as the CEO of Piletilevi Group, which is Angel Rose Capital’s principal investment, I use my strategic vision and leadership skills to drive the company toward continuous growth and market leadership.
